Earthbar - West Hollywood

They get my order wrong EVERY time on doordash. Every earth bar adds granola to top and bottom of the acai bowl except for this one. Last time I also ordered almond butter and paid extra and it arrived with no almond butter either. I even tried calling ahead to see if I could avoid the issue and just remind them, the number is out of service. Super disappointed

For the most part this location is on top of their game, especially since they are located in a high-trafficked lobby at Equinox Weho. This is by go-to location since I typically will purchase a smoothie after a workout. I'm a regular and many of the employees working the smoothie bar are familiar with me. I have to say, today was a disappointing experience. They have an employee who clearly behaves like customers are an convenience. He's distracted by other things around him, is not communicative at the register and doesn't bother to do simple things like ask if I need anything else. He basically transacts and treats you like you're in the way of him being his good looking self. From a description standpoint he has a sleeve of tattoos. This should be fixed.

Chase is the best! Very welcoming, and happy to be here. He suggested the vanilla protein to go with my Green Detox Smoothie order. It was excellent. Fast service too. They take cards as payment, and cash tips are accepted.

What a vast improvement. 5 different staff members and all of them working. Only waited 3min for my Chocolate Supreme and it was made as good as the weekday staff. The staff were nice and acknowledged me when I was at the order counter. The guy who made my smoothie told me to have a nice day.

People here don't wanna do their job. Overpriced smoothie for drink u can't even suck out
