Stonefire Grill - West Hills

Their service has been awesome on the Take Out!! No boo boo lately!! Also, I love their new menu item..especially their Caprese Sandwich!! I love the fact I can have other options for my sides, besides Potato Chips.

My friends have all told me how amazing Stonefire Grill is, but as a vegetarian I didn't think there would be options. After I did a little shopping and walked by during lunch and I was beckoned to venture in by the wafting aromas coming from their grill! The host was friendly, professional and informative...he made some suggestions and I went for the lunch special pesto pizza with avocado and for the side (which they have quite an extensive selection) I went with the peanut coleslaw. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, casual and clean and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating too! The pizza was amazing!!! And the peanut coleslaw was too! They have reasonable prices and lunch specials which are even more reasonable! Okay so now I know where I'm heading to with or without my friends! And I'll let my production buddies know they may want to get their next catering event from here! PS join their rewards club (no strings attached) you'll be glad you did!

The food here is all made from scratch. When you think of it like that you know how much they work their butt off here. Their service has improved greatly since 2020. Their service has improved greatly...just in the couple months! Audrey helped me and she was the best! They have hired many more employees. The takeout orders fly out of this place. Yes. I know. The takeout area USED to take time, but they have improved. I'm being honest. Give them another shot if you had to wait on your last visit. I placed an order to be picked up at 6pm, and it was ready right when I got there! Actually nobody was waiting in the takeout area. Because the customers were in and out with their orders. They had all 3 registers going and it just helped everything run more smoothly. The managers were working and handling things with ease. This was on a Saturday night also! They were pumping out food. Hat off to the cooks!! Nobody ever thinks about back of house, but coming from a cooking background, I see you. That hard work is appreciated! All the employees who worked tonight were so polite, and courteous. The ambiance was one of joy. The birria taco was amazing! Perfectly seasoned. We only got one, but now I want 20. Maybe even 30! Taco Tuesday Stonefire?! Just a pitch haha. Anyways, great job tonight. The pizza was really good also. Loved the crispiness of the pepperonis! For two people, we ordered the pandemic package a birria taco. And to say the least our stomachs are filled, and so happy. Can't wait to order again!

I am a frequent customer with you at Stonefire. As someone who spends a great deal of money at your establishment, I need to let you know of a beyond disappointing experience tonight when I had the BBQ chicken chopped salad delivered to my house. It was missing the cucumbers I added (and for which I paid extra) and hardly had any of the other ingredients it is supposed to come with; I basically paid $30 for lettuce! In addition, and this may not be your issue to address, but the courier who delivered left the food on my driveway where anyone could have picked it up off the street after I specifically expressed on the order for them to call or text me when at the gate. The only reason I even knew it was out there was because I was tracking the order closely through the link provided. I don 't pay extra for service fees for this kind of subpar service or lack thereof. Again, I reiterate that this is unacceptable. The salad was literally just lettuce and sprinkles of the ingredients it was supposed to have. I am including a picture. You will clearly see that the ingredients are practically nonexistent. Please make this right as I 'm a recurring customer and order from you all of the time with my boyfriend. I hope this is a one off situation and that you remediate it to maintain us as loyal customers. I also wrote an email to Stonefire and didn 't receive a response, so it seems that your customer service is lacking the way that your food is as well. Sad.

Pretty sure everyone working here is high. They got our order wrong twice , than had me pay for a salad they forgot to include in our original order. Definitely should have gone across the street to Olive Garden
