Ihop - West Hills

My family and I, 4 of us, come here for dinner every few weeks. We usually come here anytime from 5-7 p.m. Around this time we almost always have the same waitress. She is so kind and so sweet! We love coming here. However, I just have to say, what manager thinks it's appropriate to only have one waitress, one busboy, and one chef. The amount of times this specific IHOP is always full around dinner and you don't have more staff on deck? We see them working so hard, from trying to get everyone seated, orders down, food out, getting to-go orders packed, etc. It's ridiculous how little help they have. Today, there were THREE workers in total, and while we were there, there were at least 8 other parties of 4+. I hope the staff is very much appreciated because they are always so friendly and do their absolute best.

I went to IHOP and received friendly service, but unfortunately the kitchen was slow and it took 30 minutes to get my pancakes. Overall, it's to be expected at IHOP.

Nicer shop with friendly staff, not always my first choice if you want to eat something quickly, but this branch is fine!

I had a great time at this restaurant today! The Christmas spirit is still in the air from yesterday. The food was delicious, but the standout was the exceptional service. Iris, the manager, was sweet and kind, and our server Maria was extremely attentive and friendly. She always had a bright smile on her face and checked on us regularly. I absolutely love this place!

The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, not just pancakes.
