Kfc - West Haverstraw

I placed an online order and unfortunately didn't check my food before leaving just as they were about to close. When I got home and opened my order, everything was wrong. The food was really cold and tasted quite weird. They didn't even bother to include any utensils.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, creating a really comfortable atmosphere. The gentleman at the register was also very friendly and welcoming to customers.

The service was not good; it was quite slow. The person at the front was unhurried, and our food took a long time to arrive. They also forgot our order of eight chicken tenders. When we went to ask about it, they only gave us the tenders and didn’t complete the whole meal.

I haven?t had kfc in 2 years. So I purchased 12 chicken tenders. What I got was inedible. The chicken was so dry/ burnt I ended up throwing most of it away. For a whopping 20+ dollars, extremely not satisfied.

The restaurant wasn't busy during my visit, and the parking area is well-lit at night with plenty of space. While there are limited seats available, the staff is friendly and the restroom is clean. The tables are also well-kept. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained and feels inviting. You really can't go wrong with their grilled and original chicken dishes. Overall, I would rate it 5 stars for maintenance!
