Durante's Pasta - West Haven

Durantes is fantastic! As an Italian, I'm quite particular about sauces, and theirs is simply outstanding! The staff is incredibly friendly, too. I drive 45 minutes each way to stock up my freezer, and I genuinely look forward to the trip every time!

Durante's offers both dry and frozen pasta, and the selection is truly impressive. Among my favorite dry pastas are pappardelle, fettuccine, linguine, spaghetti, and capellini. As for their frozen pasta, it's hard to resist items like spinach manicotti, cheese ravioli, lobster ravioli, and cheese tortellini. Recently, I've fallen in love with their homemade marinara sauce—it rivals even the best grandma's recipes and is absolutely divine. All great chefs know that exceptional meals start with the finest ingredients. With these products from Durante's, your guests will think you're an amazing host!

One of my favorite family-owned businesses is Angelo's, where he and his staff prepare pasta with genuine love. It's fresh and absolutely delicious. I've been getting my pasta from them for years, along with homemade meatballs, chicken cutlets, cheeses, meats, and their incredible homemade sauces.

This restaurant offers the finest fresh pasta in the state. I always make it a priority to stop by whenever I'm in the area, and the prices are unexpectedly affordable! I also love their bread. I strongly recommend checking this place out! The woman at the register is incredibly friendly and attentive.

I picked up some dried spaghetti from the local grocery store today because they didn't have any fresh options available. Honestly, I couldn't tell the difference! I'll definitely be choosing Durantes from now on.
