Bidrage med feedbackParking lot is a nightmare. Worse still was the service. I went inside. Ordered a coffee and some food. Got my coffee. Stood there for upwards of 5 minutes while everyone who ordered after me got their beverages and food. A young man behind the counterasked if I had received my food. I explained I had not. He spent several minutes looking for it. Found it... a young lady working was holding my bag of food, and had been the entire time while she was screwing around and chatting with hercoworkers. By the time I got my food, it was cold. How hard is it to put the bag of food on the counter, literally 3 feet fromwhere you're standing around chatting loudly about your personal issues? There were like 8 people behind the counter and onlyabout 4 or 5 were actually working.
I just want to give a compliment to the staff here at 12 boston post rd in west haven. service is always good, personal are friendly, and they always get my order right. Even if it is busy, the employees are patient and have positive energy I appreciate. many thanks!
I gave the new hummas on toast with roasted tomatoes a try today and the winter coffee which I think is the best yet with Duncan. The toast with roasted tomatoes and hummus was delicious small in size but just enough. The winter coffee has a nice stronger roasted taste.
However, when I used the app to place my order, the price didn't reflect the free coffee offer, and I was charged $4.29. The staff member assisting me was very nice, but when I asked the manager for a refund, she initially couldn't help because there was no manager on site—only team members working. It didn’t seem right that I couldn’t get my refund since I was charged incorrectly. While I was waiting, another employee with pink hair mentioned that there were other customers behind me and they couldn't process my refund right then. I was frustrated because I consider myself a competent person, and I felt the situation was unfair and not handled properly. I ended up calling the customer service number for further assistance.
Very rude! Poor customer service skills! I went and was very polite greeted drive thru employees no response to the greeting. Ordered my food and coffee. I asked for my coffee to be remade service was denied. Started to eat my hash browns and hair was in my food. I’ve worked in fast food for years and I know the perks and what should be done and shouldn’t by employees. My coffee should’ve been remade without any questions! Unsatisfied customer and I will be calling corporate!
