Bidrage med feedbackI would have given it zero stars if it let me. We sat there for almost two hours before our food came out. Then on top of that the food came out wrong. The whole time we sat there waiting not once were we asked if we needed another drink. Horrible!!! And way overpriced!!!
You have the best rotisserie chicken! The fried yucca served with the sauce is incredible, and the beans are delicious too. I love their food and have been coming to this place for many years. It’s truly my favorite!
The food was quite disappointing and the customer service was lacking. The chicken was excessively seasoned with Sazón, and it took over 45 minutes for our meal to arrive. Additionally, an 18% tip was added to the bill, which I found unreasonable given the poor service. The prices were also unreasonably high, resembling those of a franchise restaurant.
I hadn’t eaten here in years, not since I moved from Connecticut over 13 years ago. I decided to stop by, drawn by the memory of their delicious Arroz con Pollo, and it did not disappoint—it’s still fantastic! The prices are reasonable, with dinner for two costing around $20 each. My overall experience was great, and the staff were both friendly and polite. I initially gave it four stars because it felt a bit pricey for chicken, rice, beans, and plantains. However, the flavors and level of preparation deserve five stars. You know what? I’m changing my rating to five stars. This small restaurant has been around for more than 20 years and truly deserves this recognition for its quality!
Came to this place with my family for lunch and left very upset and disappointed. I had the same exact problem as the person who checked before. We were not told that 18% Gratity was included in the bill and was hit with $36.00 dollars over our regular bill. If the service was great, I wouldn't make it out, but the service wasn't worth it. I always tilt, but the tip varies depending on the quality of the service. The lady was in a hurry. She was the only one who was responsible for the tables and the pick-up, and even if there weren't many people, remember that she was overwhelmed. The rice with shrimp was a good amount, but it was dry and without taste. The chicken quarter was tiny to the point that we had to order another for a small child. Prices are very high for the type of restaurant and the quality of food. I just want to support small businesses, especially Latinos, because I think we should get back together, but we know better than to offer this kind of bad service and impose a bliss without letting us know before. I will not be a returning customer.
