Starbucks Coffee - West Hartford

This location is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and treat customers with respect, kindness, and genuine warmth. I really enjoy getting my coffee here. It's definitely worth going out of your way to start your day at this place. Exceptional store and wonderful employees!

The staff was incredibly helpful! They assisted me with the Starbucks app and even offered to make me a new drink with a shot of cinnamon syrup in case I didn’t like the original. Now that’s what I call great service. I love you, Starbucks!

The staff is consistently friendly and clearly very enthusiastic. The barista, Jon, is particularly helpful and personable. They provide excellent service, even during the busiest times.

Come to this Starbucks regularly. The staff is friendly and quick and there is usually space enough to sit down and do some work. It can get busy during the late afternoon/early evening. Have never had a problem with drinks I've ordered here.
