Joey's Pizza Pie - West Hartford

Stopped in to enjoy a pizza with my son. He had a pepperoni pizza and I had the Buffalo chicken calzone. The calzone didn't come with a side of sauce.Like a lot of pizza places these days they aren't quite set up for dining in. They do have a couple booths and will basically bring a takeout order to your table.Overall the food and pizza are good and enjoyed ourselves. The portions were good and the prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking out from, though it is all marked for them to bring your order to your car.

The kitchen sink pizza was so good but I finally found the best Philly cheesteak grinder out of any restaurant I've been to it's well seasoned and the bread they use is so good you can tell it's homemade the melted cheese and the butter gives it so much flavor definitely 10 out of 10 ?

Tried their calzones a year ago and it was really good. Stopped by late at night once to pick up pizza and a warmhearted African lady behind the counter offered us free pizza slices as it was almost closing time. She could be the Manager. We had this experience almost 2 years ago but I wanted to post it here so that she or anyone from the restaurant finds this review and thank her again on behalf of us for such a sweet gesture! We love their pizzas and calzones!

Hands down, they've got the best pizza and wings in West Hartford! And that homemade ranch sauce? Absolutely unbeatable!

I ordered food for an Engagement Party from Joey's in West Hartford and worked with MaryAnn. She was fantastic to work with in helping with what to order and answering all my questions.The food was delivered on time and MaryAnn also sent napkins, grated cheese and hot pepper flakes as well as extra pizza boxes and aluminum dishes. The food was delicious and my guests loved everything especially the grandma red and white pies!!! Thank you MaryAnn and Joey's for all your help, thoughtfulness, such delicious and wonderful food!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!
