Mcdonald's - WEST GROVE

Drive-Thru moved slowly. I had to go back in because my order was screwed up. Just what they got right was my drink.

In the early morning, employees of the week are the friendly, efficient and consistent McDonald's crew I have ever experienced. My order is always accurate, fast, hot and served with a smile. With Covid-19 I know that these essential workers are exhausted, but they really deserve recognition for their work ethics and kindness.

This is a McDonalds, making it both in terms of the quality of food and quality of service. For me, McDonalds always starts in a base of 3 stars. It counts as food, it's fast, and it tastes good. It's not really healthy, but we all know that. These specific McDonalds would get a 3.5 of me because the service was consistently good. The food is only average for a McDonald, but at least it is consistent.

They were really nice but they forgot my milkshake that I payed for and desperately needed after a stressful day. Almost cried. But it was human error, how could I be mad? Being kind goes a long way so thank you mcdonalds workers for being nice to me today despite forgetting my drink haha

I was out on a long bike ride and I needed some food. The food was hot and helped me recover some energy. I think the Apple Pie had about 1/8 of an apple max. Not fine dining but it helped me get going again.
