Say Cheese Mac Melt Co. - West Fargo

We had a great dining experience at this restaurant - it was friendly, fast, and clean! Our party of 7 was served quickly. Our 3-year-old and 1-year-old loved the macaroni. Our only complaint is that the chips and dip felt inexpensive and didn't quite hit the mark. None of us enjoyed them.

This was our first visit. Friendly staff, delicious food.I had the pulled pork mac cheese and my daughter got the chicken alfredo. It was a lot of food! We brought home leftovers.

I can't comment on the quality of the mac and cheese as I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, but my companions all enjoyed their meals and had the mac and cheese. I also loved my Philly cheesesteak, which was surprisingly delicious.

I came across a Facebook post about a morning TV cooking event featuring my cousin and her son as the cooks. They were preparing BBQ meat and cheese, so I had to try out the restaurant myself. The building and atmosphere were fantastic. It was modern, clean, and had a lively vibe with country music playing in the background. Customers place their orders at the counter, receive a number, and then have their food delivered to their table. I was impressed by the presentation of my dish, which came in a heavy cast iron skillet with a metal fork. Following my cousin's recommendation, I ordered the BBQ pulled pork mac and cheese with Carolina Reaper cheese added, known as the "Parker Special." It was deliciously moist with well-seasoned pork, a rich BBQ sauce, creamy cheese, and a hint of heat from the Carolina Reaper cheese. I went in for the first time today. it was a clean facility and I love the fact that it is a local restaurant is not a chain company. they were super fast. from the time I order until I got my food, it was only 5-10 minutes. they have a series of options and they can make the sandwiches and pasta with gluten-free brot or pasta (this is a plus). eating is a little expensive for the amount they receive(which at this point is my only complaining today I had the jalapeno popper mac-n-cheese and I was pleasantly surprised how well the combination of the dinge went together. the sauce was nice and creamy and all in all it had a good taste. I would order that again. I will definitely try another menu option in the future!
