Bidrage med feedbackThis little known family owned restaurant has been serving great food for decades. Our family began dining there when it was located in downtown Fargo. We live in Moorhead, but the great Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour chicken make it worth the drive to West Fargo. I highly recommend their Wonton Soup. It has a great chicken broth with a delicate wonton containing a spicy flavorful meatball. Friendly service and a star in a city packed to the gills with chain restaurants.
The food had a strange aftertaste unlike any other Chinese cuisine I've tried, perhaps because I felt it both going down and coming back up. Overall, the food was disappointing. The fortune cookie was definitely the highlight of the meal.
I know the daughter of the parents who run this amazing restaurant. They serve top-quality food that's truly delicious. Everything on the menu is excellent, but my favorite is definitely the Moo Goo Gai Pan. The chef puts in a lot of effort to ensure it's as perfect as possible. Their dishes will make you fall in love with Chinese cuisine all over again!
I had the most flavorless and unappetizing Chinese food I've ever encountered. The takeout rice portions were very limited, and although the portions for the main dishes were closer to what you might expect, the food lacked any real taste—it was as if the flavors were nonexistent. I definitely can't recommend this restaurant. Additionally, just a heads up: they only accept cash or checks.
