Cafe Escondido - West End

This cute little restaurant that is located above West End Divers has a super friendly staff. The menu is very healthy all together! I was happy as a kid in a candy store to see that they have gluten free pancakes. I’ll def be eating lunch here every day between my dives!

There are limited gluten-free options in west end so I was thrilled to find these delicious gluten-free pancakes from bananas and ice!

Note: breakfast/lunch hours only. They understand g/f plus substituted corn tortillas for my breakfast so I made my own scrambled egg roll-up. Rice/glass noodle bowl for lunch. Reasonable prices. Narrow stairs above dive shop, across the road from the water. Easy to miss, well worth finding.
