The Esquire House - West Dunbartonshire

Excellent. Best Christmas dinner they have done in years. Lovely. Tasty. Hot. Staff as usual were on the ball and friendly.

This is the pits the toilets are disgusting, the food is frozen rubbish, the whole place is very dated and needs cleaned.

Wetherspoons place so you know what you will get This is a better than usual Wetherspoons, always clean and organised in the morning, food arrives hot and good value for money

I recently visited this restaurant, which I had frequented with family and friends in the past. Unfortunately, my experience on 12/10/23 was quite disappointing. I waited at the bar for several minutes, only to be overlooked in favor of three other customers who arrived after me. When I jokingly mentioned that I must be invisible, the staff member rudely told me to leave and refused to serve me any more alcohol. Despite only having two pints with a work client, I was accused of speaking disrespectfully to the staff. Even after explaining my situation and the importance of the meeting, I was still denied service. This treatment was shocking and unwarranted, especially considering my previous positive experiences at this establishment. Sorry to say, but this incident has left a poor impression of Wetherspoon bars and their staff.

I hadn't visited this restaurant in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the recent visit. It seems like there may be new staff or changes, as everything was much cleaner than I remembered. The food was well-presented and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Both adults and children enjoyed their meals. Well done to the staff!
