Bidrage med feedbackWent here for a meal with my mum, brother and sister in law after a flight on the seaplane. Arrived early but were shown straight to our table and were given water. The orders were taken and the food was on the lunch menu so not the same choice as dinner. The food we ordered was really tasty. (Ale haddock and, fries, pizza and a burger). The staff were very professional and friendly. The restaurant is perfectly positioned right on the Loch. There's also a comfy looking bar area and an outdoor seating area too
I had a wonderful time at the boat house in the afternoon. Enjoyed a delicious coffee with a fantastic view of Loch Lomond. Dylan, the bartender, provided excellent and quick service. I would definitely recommend this place.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The coffee was excellent and Eilidh provided great service. I will definitely be returning again in the future!
The appetizers were decent. The fish and chips were bland, lukewarm, and greasy. One waitress was pleasant, while the other was not as friendly. Despite having a large kitchen staff, the service was oddly slow. This restaurant has potential to be much better. The view outside is stunning. It would be wise to dine elsewhere.
A very average meal. Nothing special. Very overpriced which upon first inspection seems to fit with a 5 star hotel however £18 for a cocktail seems over the top. On arrival we weren't greeted well and were then seated at a table with a chair that had ripped upholstery. Our drinks arrived which was the incorrect order and water wasn't poured for us. The waitress dumped a jug of water at the table. The toilets were messy with poo and toilet paper and some toilets had not been flushed. In the centre of Glasgow this restaurant could get away with being average but when you consider how much people are paying to stay at the hotel, sometimes up to 500 a night, the service and standard does not measure up. Go to gleneagles hotel instead!
