Valley View Saloon - West Dover

We had made reservations for this location, we had about 12 diners as part of a friends trip, food was ok, service good, cleanliness ok as well, just expected more some reported dirty utensils and glasses, promptly replaced, I get it there is a staff shortage

What a great place, amazing wings and apps this time, meals on other visits. Great environment, amazing food and the server Stephanie was attentive and friendly.

In for a late light dinner at the Valley View Saloon which is located in a little strip center, that has a dining area around the bar and outdoor seating near a small creek. I had old school $3 Pabst pints and my wife, $6 UFO white pints. My wife liked her tomato soup and small salad while my chicken tender appetizer was good and generous in size. We moved down by the creek tables and liked the ambience under the lights but when the sun finally went down the mosquitos came out and we actually had to move to the porch next to the building to avoid them. Nice place with a decent menu and our waitress Sheree was great.

Great spot for a burger or sandwich and a beer! We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather and pleasant view. Service was friendly, attentive and prompt. A must visit!

We stopped by the Saloon looking for a pet friendly location for lunch. This place fit the bill. Apparently during the winter months this place is the destination of choice. The outside seating is nestled behind the main building. The relatively new picnic tables (2 total) were just what we needed. The food was very good, the staff was friendly and the service was great. More importantly there was a decent beer ? selection which included the best IPA on the continent: Heady Topper! I recommend this establishment when visiting the Dover, VT area.
