Watch House Cafe - West Dorset

We enjoyed a nice brunch with our family at this restaurant. We sat in the outdoor covered area which was cozy and had a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, the menu had a good variety, and the coffee was excellent.

Lovely spot, by the beach, to have delicious woodfire pizza. Different set pizza toppings but it is an option to select your own. Clean tables, friendly service, a good option for couples and families at quieter times.

We recently stopped by The Watch Cafe for their Coffee and Cake Special. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly waitress who promptly seated us. Another waitress, Kelly, provided excellent service, patiently waiting for us to choose from their delicious selection of cakes (the homemade Dorset Apple Cake was a standout). The latte coffee was exceptional, the creamiest and smoothest I've ever had. The atmosphere of the cafe was inviting and we highly recommend a visit. We will definitely be returning, perhaps next time for a full meal as the dishes looked delicious.

We decided to try the Watch House based on a recommendation from some previous customers, and it did not disappoint. Both of us ordered the fish of the day, which was two red mullets served with chips and salad. The meal was outstanding - even though I usually avoid ordering whole fish due to the hassle of dealing with bones, the fresh and flavorful taste made it worth it. We were both impressed! The staff was amazing and provided exceptional service. If only we lived closer, this would definitely be our go-to restaurant. Thank you for a memorable lunch, no doubt about it.

An average breakfast for a large price. The 'full ' English breakfast comes without toast .....an extra £2.50 per slice ! This was a reccee visit for a small family group, we won 't be visiting again.
