Starbucks - West Des Moines

This newly renovated Starbucks is located just off the busy Mills Civic. The drive-thru line frequently wraps around the building. Inside, the decor has a modern feel, but the small tables are placed quite closely together. Since the pandemic, the atmosphere has become less welcoming, making it a less ideal spot for studying or casual meetings. There isn’t enough seating, power outlets, or table space to ensure comfort. On the plus side, the coffee and food continue to be consistently delicious, and the staff truly deserves a five-star rating for their service.

Each time I go to this restaurant, the staff is exceptionally friendly and always has our drinks ready in no time. It often takes me longer to settle the bill than for them to prepare my order. The team is wonderful, and it's clear that they take pleasure in their work.

The Keto-style lattes made with heavy cream and sugar-free vanilla syrup are absolutely fantastic! They are truly wonderful!
