Panera Bread - West Des Moines

Thank you for exceeding my expectations with my delivery today!

It was an amazing experience! The food was fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor. The individual handling the food preparation (I really wish I knew his name to give him a shout-out) was incredibly busy. It was the weekend before Christmas, and with the mall being crowded, the restaurants were bustling. Despite the high volume of orders, he still found time to smile, thank customers, and wish everyone a "Merry Christmas." Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I visited the Jordan Creek location yesterday and had the macaroni and cheese, which was delicious, followed by a tasty chocolate chip cookie. The staff was polite and helpful. I accidentally left a package containing an Easter gift behind. After calling a couple of other places, I contacted Panera Bread and assumed it was lost. Thankfully, someone at Panera Bread had turned in my package. I truly appreciate their honesty. It made my Easter Day even more special, and I will definitely be back!

My cashier's name was Edie, and I wanted to share my experience with her. She made me really upset, but I’ll return to the restaurant because of her.
