Mcdonald's - West Des Moines

I just ordered the ice cream, it was delicious. The dining area was clean. However, I had an issue with the women's restroom. There were no paper towels, only air hand dryers. This means employees have to open the door with their hands. I am worried that they may not wash their hands again before handling food.

I believe this McDonald's is the finest one I have ever visited. The staff consistently seem eager to be there, with a smile on their face and a pleasant attitude. My food is always served hot. While the fries are delicious, they could improve by making them fresher and hotter.

Made a mobile order and got there 30 minutes before close with no one in line. Didn?t get our food until 4 minutes before close and was missing fries and they wouldn?t put up the phone or answer at the order window to give me what I was missing. Update: NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. A week ago I wrote the review above. Today for some reason I decided to go to this location. Somehow they forgot two burgers out of my order. Don?t waste your time at this location. It?s a shame that this is the only one that stays open until midnight.

Bought lots of nuggets and happy meal. The nuggets were fresh and crunchy. Nice crispy fall weather and enjoyed hot nuggets. The chocolate shake is enjoyable. There was a line in drive through. They have wheelchair accessible washroom and washroom.Their sugar free french vanilla latte is the best especially if you are driving long distances. Have fun guys ????.

I have visited this restaurant three times. The first time, there was an issue with trying to overcharge me. The second time, my order was not prepared correctly on two separate occasions - once missing a drink and the other missing fries. This all happened on the same day and with the same order. The third time, I did not receive the hamburger, which is the main reason why we go to this restaurant. I am unsure if it is a management or employee issue, but something needs to change.
