I work nearby and order regularly. They definitely live up to the freaky fast guarantee. The drivers are prompt and the in-store employees have never missed an item on my orders.

Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to discover that almost everything was wrong. When I called back, I felt like I was interrupting, as the staff seemed quite busy, and I understand that mistakes can occur. However, after expressing my concerns, the manager, Ryan, quickly arranged for a fresh order with everything prepared correctly. I was very impressed by this response and will certainly order from this location again. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

This place is amazing! I had a wonderful experience, with the staff being very professional. They prepared the best sandwich I've ever had at Jimmy John's. The restaurant was well-organized and spotlessly clean. Harley and Steven were exceptional and truly deserve a raise! I highly recommend this location for a fantastic sandwich!

I might have a bit of a bias since I know one of the employees, but I really enjoy this Jimmy John's location. It's conveniently located near Target, where I often shop for baby items. The staff is generally friendly, and they prepare the sandwiches quickly. I've never had any issues with incorrect orders, which can be a common problem at fast food places, and the sandwiches taste great. While I usually prefer Subway's tuna salad, I have to say that the bread at Jimmy John's is really delicious, as many others have pointed out. In my opinion, they also make better turkey sandwiches, and their toppings really enhance the sandwiches nicely.
