I was charged $1.50 for a package of fabric that was marked as 99 cents. When we brought this up at the register, the cashier seemed to ignore our concern and didn’t say a word.

I had a disappointing experience at a coffee shop yesterday. Normally, I enjoy drinking coffee from a different place twice a day, but this visit was not good. The staff was unhelpful and seemed more focused on their phones than on serving customers. It felt like they prioritized other tasks over attending to us. Also, I think they added sugar to my drink, which I dislike. On top of that, their promotion of "buy 4, get 1 free" doesn't seem worthwhile. Lastly, I didn’t receive any updates on my order through the app. Thank you.

I frequently stop by this OTR on my way to work. The service is typically excellent, and the place is always clean. There’s a wide variety of items available for purchase. I really enjoy the hot dogs, and there's also a Subway located in the store. My only downside is that they often don’t have my favorite ice cream, Connoisseur Coconut, in the freezer.

Not from Adelaide, dropped in only needed a couple of things. Anju greeted us, she was absolutely lovely. So polite, welcoming and just amazing customer service. literally a two second transaction but my daughter and I actually left there with a smile on our faces. Thanks.

I wasn't satisfied with my iced coffee order. I'm not sure why it was served in a paper sleeve instead of the usual plastic cup. The packaging was not ideal, and I think it would be better if OTR could provide the proper containers. Additionally, the size of the iced coffee was quite small for the price I paid, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning for iced coffee in the future as it didn't feel worth the money spent. I may consider trying a different OTR location instead.
