Wendy's - West Covina

This Wendy's location is quite hard to find. The interior is a decent size. The food was average for fast food. The chicken sandwich was very plain and it seemed like they didn't put much effort into preparing it.

I used to believe that this fast food chain was more unique and had better customer service compared to other popular brands. However, my recent visits have left me feeling more and more disappointed, especially with this location. Yesterday afternoon, I stopped by to pick up an online order and found the dining area nearly empty and unwelcoming. The woman who appeared to be the manager at the register did not acknowledge me or say hello, and the rest of the staff seemed to just stand in the background like silent robots. It seemed as though they were expecting to be served rather than serve hungry customers. I ultimately decided to walk out and cancel my order.

I really loved the hot honey chicken sandwich at this restaurant. The bacon dishes here are also very tasty. I was happy to see that they offer both regular and spicy chicken nuggets, with the option to choose from barbecue sauce, ranch, sweet and sour, or honey mustard for dipping. The chili here is also really good, especially when paired with salads and tortilla chips for dipping.

I'm sad to say inside the restaurant is not clean at all tables were dirty, Flys are everywhere even on the toilets. It made it uncomfortable to eat there. Please fix the fly problem!!

We love the food..it was late so we just went for Frostys and the guy was rude...2nd time. Maybe they should put someone a little more kind in the drive through.
