Mcdonald's - West Covina

The wifi at this restaurant is very slow, almost like it's still 1998. It's best to avoid using their wifi altogether. The service and food could use some improvement, as well as the cleanliness of the tables. Additionally, some customers seem to forget what a trashcan is for.

The service at this restaurant was awful. I waited over 10 minutes for a cashier to help me, even though I was the only one in line. It took 20 minutes to receive our fast food. When I inquired about the delay, the manager gave me a rude response. It seemed like the drive-thru customers were the priority.

I don't usually have issues with my food at this restaurant, but it does bother me when they ask me to pull over to the side for no apparent reason, especially when there are no other customers around. However, I really enjoy the fish tank screen in the restaurant!

This place is so terrible. They consistently get the orders wrong or give you someone else's order. Theyre unapologetic and it seems like even doing the survey results in zero improvements. Last time I was there I ordered a happy meal and they gave me almost $40 worth of food from the person behind me. I should have driven off with h the food and gone to the Azusa mc Donald's and reordered a happy meal there. I handed the order back to the window dude and he just handed it to the person behind me. What if I was sick? What if I didn't wash my hands? What if I sneezed or grabbed some fries before handing the order back. This location is closest to my kids school on Friday so I suffer through it but I'll continue giving you low ratings through the survey code until you improve.

They need better listening skills seriously… they are so quick to have you go park so their timing doesn’t get affected while we are getting out orders wrong. And the fat white girl up front needs to watch the way she talks to customers especially when her and her crew are in the wrong for not understanding their job. How is anyone not to get upset when my sons allergic to a specific thing and they don’t give me my request as order like make that make sense… I think she and the two Hispanic girls need proper training
