Gaucho Grill West Covina

I had a terrible experience at Porterhouse. The food was completely lacking in flavor, which was surprising since I’ve eaten here before. It could be that the takeout and delivery orders are prepared and handled differently.

The steak was cold, and the Evita salad was literally half the portion for $17. This restaurant has been disappointing us every time we've visited over the past few months. They are clearly not paying attention to their customers.

The burger I ordered was undercooked, and my fries were soggy. It could have been much better! I felt nauseous for the rest of the evening.

I had a fantastic experience there last night. The bone-in ribeye was exceptional and perfect for sharing.

The Entraña lacked the tenderness it should have had, and the cut was too thick. The flavor was also below my expectations.
