El Pollo Loco - West Covina

The perfect spot for a birthday dinner after bowling at Bowleros! We used a family deal from the app and ordered two large family dinners, which worked out wonderfully; we ended up paying only half of what a bowling birthday package would have cost. The food was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and attentive, especially Evelyn.

This place is awesome. Cashier was very friendly, the place was very clean, food was fresh, clinatro dressing tasted so good, and everyone is on point. My fav el pollo loco spot. Dont go to the one in asuza that place is dirty and people are not friendly and they can never get my order right. This place is the best in west covina

I come here all the time despite many messed up orders and the stinginess with the salsa. Today I came here for a quick meal before I have to go into work only to see that the drive thru was closed. Totally fine! I parked my car to go inside only to be met with a locked door and an employee blankly staring at me. A lady standing outside told me they refused to communicate with her and shook their finger ?NO? at her when she gestured if she could come inside. Why not put up a sign outside saying you?re closed for the day?!!! Super unprofessional!

The chicken has a unique flavor that enhances the taste of the tostada. The slices of avocado and the fresh vegetables are a great deal for the money spent. The street taco also had an enhanced flavor from the chicken?????!

The chicken pieces are large and juicy, and they have an amazing flavor. The side dishes were spot on, and the drinks were perfectly mixed! The friendly service definitely earns this place a spot in my top 10 favorite fast food restaurants!
