Philadelphia Marriott West

Great location. Speedy and friendly check-in. Room was clean, spacious and bed was super comfortable. Best of all, shower was terrific. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk in the evening is not helpful. They need hospitality training. Rates had dropped and I asked for a rate match. I was told they could not help and I could “call Marriott” while I stood in a Marriott. They did not offer information or a phone number to call. Marriott corporate let me know that they lied to me and could have in fact updated the rate. Kitchen closes at 10 and l missed out so I needed to order delivery. Front desk watched me look for the delivery driver, observed me calling him, and never let me know they in fact had my order. The next morning the ceiling tiles and a dark brown liquid fell from the ceiling in the pool area. They had caution cones but those weren’t enough, we were lucky to not have it fall on our heads as this is near the women’s restroom for the pool and gym. This appears to be a hazard and unsafe. Over all very poor service at the front desk in the evening and the bar/restaurant is vey understaffed at all times although the staff that are there during the day put in a lot of effort. Stay elsewhere for better facilities, service, and hospitality.

Was here for a meeting, rooms nice size, staff friendly, bathrooms clean.

Excellent service, very clean and classy place to stay!

The water for my shower was Luke warm. Otherwise, my visit was great.
