Pizza Hut - West Columbia

I would have given this place 5 stars if they offered a dine-in experience. Instead, we had to order our food at the counter and they brought it to our table. There were no servers or traditional dining supplies. The food was tasty, hot, and accurate, but it felt more like takeout. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, but it wasn't the dine-in experience we were looking for. I miss the old buffets, but they are a thing of the past.

I had previously ordered the same pizza from another pizza delivery chain and was very disappointed. However, my coworker recommended ordering online from this new place, and it was definitely worth it. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with plenty of delicious sausage toppings even though I didn't request anything extra. All the toppings were plentiful and flavorful, and the thin and crispy crust was exceptional. It was a much better experience compared to the other franchise I had tried before. Pizza Hat really delivered!

The pizza at this restaurant was the best I've had in a long time. The girl at the counter, Payton, was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had not been to a Pizza Hut in a long time. This place was great! I will be back for more! Staff was friendly and service was fast. We dined in and had a great time!

I was valued as customer. The agent help me use my reward points as it was first time using app. And allow me select option I wanted to make me feel valued as customer. All I can really say is, Thank You from a long term experience customer. Thank you
