Pizza Hut - West Chicago

Even though the store is open but they don’t accept orders is kind of ridiculous. The owner should close down and be at home as he seems not to follow the ethical code of business .

Everything is worst especially staff saying customers looking for free pizzas no one need your **** pizza. This is how they did it and result is just to the garbage and staff don’t have common sense at all it’s waste of time to go there I won’t give this star also if I have option for zero star

HORRIBLE experience! The cashier (who covered her name) short brown hair bumps and scars all over her face. Rude and disrespectful!! She was acting like she was high on drugs! Kept having to recount my change!!! Kept touching her face and nose without washing her hands!!! I will never come back to this location! Disgusting.

The pizza is horrible and has to much grease. The worst part is that they charge so much for a large pizza. If you want to eat pizza I recommend that you go to Domino's or Pizza Now or even Rosatis.

The Big New Yorker is Back! Not quite. Maybe if this store knew how to make it correctly. No original sweet sauce, dough for a 14 pizza stretched out to 16 and an ounce of herbs and spices just thrown on the top after baking. I was excited, but now very disappointed.
