Sterling Pig Public House West Chester

After about 20 minutes, our food arrived, and as we started eating, we realized that half of our meals were improperly heated. The pulled pork was ice cold, the corn on the cob looked and tasted like it had been sitting in water all day, the mac and cheese was also cold, the green beans were undercooked, and the ribs were lukewarm. I brought this to the server's attention, and she responded by offering a discount on some of the items. However, her remark that "the cooks were just trying to get out" was unacceptable. If that's the case, it would be better to inform guests at the door that any food ordered after a certain time may be cold or refrigerated, implying that the cooks don’t prioritize the quality at that hour. On a positive note, the brisket was one of the best I’ve ever had. However, given the overall experience, I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

I ordered the BBQ combo, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was lovely, especially with the nice weather and the large garage door open. The beers were great too. The brisket was absolutely outstanding; I highly recommend it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with friendly service and delicious food.

The brisket and St. Louis ribs were dry, with the brisket containing large pieces of fat. However, the pulled pork was quite good. We placed a to-go order after our meal, but no sauces were included, even though the waitress had asked which ones we wanted. The music at 3:30 on Saturday was enjoyable, but it was played too loud, making conversation difficult. Overall, it's an average place.

I’m giving three stars because the bartender was super friendly and accommodating but the fact is they only cater to that IPA crowd. If you love IPA’s then you may feel differently. I suggest adding some variety to your beer selections, respectfully
