Duck Donuts - West Chester

Beautiful, delicious, warm donuts and helpful staff! .. definitely again

Cake donuts at its sweetest. I didn't get to eat these immediately when they came out fresh (had to wait after dinner) so I'm looking forward to trying them again... But I will say this. If you're doing this solo, don't order the duck dozen because that's like begging for diabetes! These are incredibly sweet donuts and I'd probably come prepared with hot tea next time.

I love coming here during the week, the girl working in the morning always brings me a cup of ice for my tea without asking me! Great conversation and even better donuts. I usually order something for me because I'm usually there for a door. Definitely recommend

Monday morning the place was a bit of a mess (un weathered counters, napkins on the ground, etc., and the poor individual worker seemed to be stressed there. Looks like the place left without cleaning the day before. Donut and coffee were good, but the owners must make sure that the place is for customers.

My roommates and I decided to go to Duck Donuts for my first time ever this afternoon and as soon as we walked in the door the two female workers gave me and my group a look of disgust and did not even say hello. They both had headphones in and ignored us completely. We went to order and the worker with multicolored hair sat behind the register on her phone not even looking at us. We had to express that we were ready to order multiple times and then she threw her phone down and finally stared at us tapping on the computer. The assembly line where they were preparing the donuts was FILTHY and looked like some of the icing had been crusted on the counter for days. Once we received the donuts she just slid them across the counter and did not mention that they were ours while their were other customers waiting. After getting home and opening our donuts, not only were they a mess, 2 of the donuts were completely wrong. I am very disappointed in my first experience at Duck Donuts.
