Wendy's - West Chester Township

This Wendy’s slaps. I’ve eaten here twice this week, both times 10/10. It’s like a gourmet Wendy’s lol. But for real. Keep doing what you’re doing. And teach the other nearby stores please!!

I waited 10 minutes in an empty lobby to be help just for the manager and her friend to stare at me then proceeded to ignore me. After that they continued to sit and talk while it took the two young men working other 20 minutes to get my order out. this is very unprofessional from the mangers point she sat there and gossiped in Spanish about her other co workers and did nothing to help her struggling team or aggravated customers I will not be returning to this point of service at all. Today is 4/4/20 at 4:25 hope something comes out of this

They have a zero tolerance policy, but can’t give the same courtesy, they were very rude.

Lunch staff in the drive thru is fantastic! Best chicken sandwich I’ve had at a Wendy’s, and they threw me an extra ranch. Quick and everything was hot and fresh through the drive thru. 5 star service! Great customer service and attitudes, keep up the great work y’all!

Usually have no problems with the food itself, but every single time I come they forget at least one item usually more.
