The service at this restaurant was disconnected and impersonal, with one meal being prepared incorrectly and another served cold without broth. The atmosphere was lackluster, with only seven tables filled during our visit despite being busy earlier. Overall, we were not impressed and do not plan on returning. The food scored a 2 out of 5.

The food and service were excellent, but the overall experience in the lobby was lacking. We had to wait for a table due to a perceived issue with the waiting staff, even though there were several people behind the counter available to help. Despite this, three of us had to wait to be seated while a group of younger guests who arrived after us were offered bread. It took longer than expected for us to be seated.

We have tried this restaurant every six months, hoping that it might improve. Unfortunately, it never does. This time, we were not even greeted or acknowledged for about five minutes after being seated, even though they weren't busy. We were then told there would be a 20-30 minute wait for our food. We have decided to leave and will not be giving this restaurant another chance.

In the rule we find bob evans friendly, fast service and a pleasure too often. our last visit was less than expected. while most meals were in order, and last minute changes were accepted favorably, the waitress must be one of the days where the customer service was not on their agenda! we had a problem with one of the meal times, by the salat being more than devastated and aged to say the least. that was not necessarily her fault, but nothing was done or said until the bill came. while she has taken off the whole salat selection for free) it is as if she would not care about one or other. we still tipped them for the whole meal for their consideration. kudos to the waitress, but not the administration. looks like they could not be interested less. still faster service and they have served us enough. parking: many spots good after lunch.

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Service was excellent once we got seated. The greater/host, wasn't interested in having people wait! He continued to tell people it was over an hour wait and they didn't have enough staff to be more efficient! In reality, it was less than 20 minutes (if that) and Service was fast the orders (5) were all CORRECT, and everything was perfect!
