Logger's Depot - West Branch

I visited this restaurant with my friends and we had an amazing experience with both the food and service. Our waitress, Sarah, was fantastic. I highly recommend this place—11/10!

I took my son to Logger's Depot today to celebrate his 13th birthday, and I have to say, it was one of the BEST burgers I've ever tasted. I tend to be pretty critical when dining out, thanks to my decades of experience in the food industry, and my son is notoriously picky. But even he couldn't stop raving about his burger, calling it the best he's ever had. We hadn't even left the parking lot when he started asking when we could return. The manager and staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere.

This place is fantastic! We make sure to stop here every time we head up north. Their pizza is absolutely the best, and the service is consistently excellent. We adore Teeny!!!!!!!

I walked in to find three tables that were dirty and needed cleaning. It took five minutes before I was seated. After that, I waited an additional ten minutes with no one coming over to take my drink or food orders. Eventually, I decided to get up and leave. At this point, I don’t even care if their food is good. With service like that, the quality of the food is irrelevant.

I ordered takeout that included fries and wings, and I'm writing this review because they truly care about their customers. The food is always fantastic here, but what impressed me this time was the thoughtfulness in how my order was packed. Whoever prepared it poked holes in the tops of the containers to let the steam escape, ensuring that my food stayed nice and crispy instead of becoming soggy. I've never seen anyone do that before, and I felt it was worth mentioning! It really shows the attention to detail they put into their service. Thank you!
