Subway In Bloom - West Bloomington

For the SECOND TIME, I did not get bacon on my sandwich that listed bacon as an ingredient. I have tried to call the store 3 times in the last 3 hours each time the message says the mailbox is full. If you want to overpay for the wrong item this is the place for you!

I stopped in for a sandwich at lunch today. There was an older gentleman at the counter trying to order, noticeably confused about the options. The worker at the counter was so incredibly kind to him and took the time to talk him through the many options available and also made suggestions. Although this seems like a small thing and some people would just say 'it 's their job ', the kindness and respect showed is not as common as it should be and i wanted to let the staff know that it was seen and appreciated.

What an unusual experience ...the veggies looked terrible...when I mentioned the not needed frost creeping onto the veggies on all the silver containers holding my food to the manager she said it was normal. The veggies looking gross is normal? Hmm reality check lady

I was helped by a very attentive lady who made me have a good dining experience！

I asked for green peppers, onions, banana peppers and extra sauce and they give me this. Sandwich is so thin it's not worth 3 bucks. Always cheaply made sandwiches when ordered on the app. HAVE SOME PRIDE. DO BETTER.
