Great American Cookies In Bloom - Feedback

I didn’t buy any products, but the cashier (whose name escapes me) was very helpful and opened my water bottle for me!

I placed an order for a cookie cake and the location was closed with no signage or indications as to why it was not open.

Cookies are raw, they did not taste good at all. You could see clearly in the middle how raw it was. The slushies were also horrible, they tasted old.
