Bidrage med feedbackMy food arrived promptly, which was a good sign. However, the hash browns tasted like they had absorbed the flavors of all the previous sandwiches. The omelet had the right ingredients but the eggs were overcooked and the cheese barely melted. The toast was burnt, and to make matters worse, there were fruit flies around. I will not be returning, I'm sorry to say.
The waitress consistently gave us the incorrect bill and overcharged us for two items at $11 each that we never received. Despite our request for a corrected bill, she refused and we ended up leaving a generous tip as well. We are now concerned that we may be charged for three separate bills. While the technology may make ordering faster, the frequency of errors results in customers being greatly overcharged. We do not intend on returning to this restaurant.
Service was good. Food frozen and tasteless, zero seasoning. Pancakes can’t get your fork through; rubbery and bland.
I like the food here and have never had a problem with the food but for some reason every time i call in a carryout order and come to pick it up the cashier always says “we never got that order”. Its confirmed i called the right location and i placed my order but it never got received back to the kitchen. I think this is very bizarre as its happened more than once, and i end up having to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food i had already ordered 30 minutes ago. There is obviously some miscommunication between the kitchen and people answering the phones/taking orders and it should be addressed.
My daughter and grandson visited Jagged Edge in WB for breakfast. My daughter ordered a full breakfast for under $12, but when she ordered oatmeal for my grandson, they charged $12. When she questioned the price, the server was rude and the manager was also rude when she asked to speak with him. The manager was speaking disrespectfully to another customer. This lack of professional customer service was unacceptable. We expect for this situation to be corrected, and if my daughter comes in with her party of 10 in the future, we hope to receive a refund for the overpriced oatmeal. Unfortunately, we will not be returning as customers and will be sharing our negative experience with friends, family, and clients. This includes the rudeness displayed by both the manager and server.
