We placed the carry out order online, timing it so it gave them plenty of time to prepare the single, small pizza, yet when we arrived, they hadn't even started it and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. No apologies, coupons, refunds or discounts were offered for are already paid for item. We just had to wait. I've visited the branch in Clarkson and have ALWAYS been impressed with the quality and service so this was very surprising and disappointing. Plus, the Clarkson location has the garlic bread!

Delicious food, very friendly service, reasonable prices, and a cute cozy atmosphere! 5 stars all around! Love the open kitchen which is clean and organized, says a lot about the management. The pizza is outstanding: delicious dough (not oily on the bottom), and quality ingredients. Appreciated that they offered ranch on the side and it was free! We prefer the thin pizzas mouth watering! Salads are always tasty, well portioned, and fresh. Bonus: they can host large parties (we had 12 people and they put together a table for us very few places would be able to accommodate such a request) but best to call ahead for reservations so you do not wait too long. Highly recommend this restaurant (I think they have 3 or 4 total locations). One of my top favorite restaurants because its 5 stars on so many factors. Enjoy!

We received a badly burnt pizza tonight. It was inedible and the smell was intolerable. We called the store and they told us that they could not do anything about it because we ordered through Door Dash. I told them that I was surprised they would send something out like this.
