The Garden Cafe - West Berkshire

Had Today Sausages and Mash with Garden Peas and Beef Gravy.........I have had this meal many many times before so its my Favorite.

My friends and I came here for my wedding. The staff was so friendly and warm, and the breakfast was just what we needed for the long day ahead. Well worth stopping in

Welcoming experience, we were met with a friendly smile and chose the full English breakfast. Pleasantly surprised tea was included! The cafe filled up slowly with regulars whilst we waited, after not too long (but long enough to know the food was freshly prepared) a full plate of superbly cooked food arrived presented perfectly on a very hot plate, followed by granary toast with plenty of butter on it. All the ingredients were of top quality and at one point we wondered if we’d be able to finish it off.. The cafe seemed to have a number of regular customers and today has left us feeling we too will be back on a regular basis. It’s very refreshing to get what you pay for, served in good time and a comfortable place to eat and drink. Look forward to trying more from the menu next time. Front of house and kitchen staff equally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Really excellent breakfast! Five of us visited for Sunday breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. We asked to swap some items on the set breakfast menus and add others, and the staff handled the whole thing in a really happy friendly way (and got it right! . The food was absolutely first class and we’ll definitely visit again.

We stopped by this morning after a long run and were greeted with a lovely, warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious as well. We will definitely be returning!
