Roast pork pork Sunday afternoon was absolutely delicious, but then again every roast on the bell is amazing. thank you for all your amazing food

Staff are outstanding: friendly, helpful, tolerant. Food was excellent. Location is intriguing and wonderful.

Great ambience, friendly staff, superbly tasty sausage on ciabatta – moist tasty sausages, ciabatta that was soft inside and crispy outside – delicious! Also great sticky toffee pudding ice cream

There today with some friends for lunch on the patio. The experience just makes you feel better! Food really good but unpretentious – it’s a wonderful pub, not a starred restaurant. Range of beers brilliant. The couple of staff who dealt with us were splendid...– it isn’t that easy to get it right between being friendly completely professional, but they have it cracked. Our colleagues went away muttering if only they had a pub like this close to where they live. It is that comment that motivates me to leave this review – it’s deserved.

We came to have a birthday lunch after having a lovely walk there from home We had cycled there a few days earlier for a after work pint and had a pleasant experience Not Yesterday, a Saturday lunch time! We had a table booked outside...at the rear , we were told we couldn’t sit at the table we liked as” it maybe reserved “ and I had to ask him if he could check as he obviously wasn’t going to find out by himself , only half the tables being used and it stayed that way Service slow and inexperienced £14 for a very average burger with Chips etc extra
