Disappointed! 14 of us attended for bottomless brunch for a Hen Party. It took 30 minutes to get our first drink, and continued at the pace. Our food hadn’t arrived even when our two hours was up! We approached staff some of which were very apologetic and helpful and others who were just damn right rude. The end result was our bride being pushed to tears as this was not the experience that she had hoped for. After complaining multiple times we were given a tree of drinks and shots however this did not make up for the poor service. After speaking to staff it became apparent they have little control over the bookings coming through and they simply just can not meet the demand. Don’t offer a service that you can not provide! To add to disappointment when our food did arrive it was cold. The ladies toilets were also not flushing and the sinks did not have running water to wash hands… another concern … how were kitchen staff accessing water? We were told that changes to the bill could not be done and that we have to contact head office, we reluctantly paid as we just wanted to get the bride out of there and onto a better place. This is my 2nd brunch here and I will not be returning as left disappointed both times!

It was awful the food we couldn't eat because it was burnt and they were short staffed and we paid 190 pounds and it was disgusting my advice to people avoid
