Mcdonald's - West Berkshire

I went through the drive through today and was served by a lovely lady called Sharon today, she was so friendly and polite. Just wanted to let you know

My visit to McDonald's was a fantastic experience. I enjoyed coming here with my family and the taste was as delicious as always.

Horrible service we had to wait at least 5 minutes to order at the machines with a toddler crying in the car

Good team work. Shift manager Georgia is wonderful customer service and excellent management her Shift.

I ordered food, took over 40mins to come. The drinks were warm. I politely asked the member of staff why takes so long as is not even that busy and there are lots members of staff around. He just said u wanna ask for a manager? No, i didnt want a manager. I waited long enough. I am a calm person, dont cause drama. However, the customer service and the waiting time is outrageous! Even 1 start is too much! 1 lady, over 40 i assume, was cleaning around. She was just stepping on customers and cleaning around without even look around. I dont understand how you guys are hiring some people!
