Burger King - West Berkshire

Food was was fast and hot. Really helpful customer service with a friendly attitude.

Slow service and super busy. Had low expectations though did not meet that unfortunately. A positive is they accepted NHS blue light discount in this venue. Burger was okay; had it outside the benches, though I would image if you took it home it would be cold.

Called in around 8.30pm and the staff were so miserable it's untrue and when we got our food it was literally cold and they had given us the wrong dips. Sadly we were back on the A34 by the time we started it or we'd have gone in and complained. Absolutely rubbish!!

This burger king very weird and stuff not working like very tired.. service is very bad..

Ordered here today to watch absolute scummy staff mess with people 's food, I had a chicken royal served to me which has been snapped on half and mushed in a standard burger bun with no sauce or garnishing like usual half a portioned of cold fries and post mix drink which was just the soda water I didn 't realised until we had left so binned it as I had also Watched a cook put his face In someone 's burger before trying to serve it luckily the man saw this and demanded a fresh one be made so god knows what they had one to mine. When questioned by the lad working the till they all just laughed and continued to mess with people 's food. This is absolutely disgusting and the place should be shut down or staff fired. Reported to there office so we will see what happens. I will never stop or eat at this service station again.
