Walden - West Bend

We stayed at another dinner club and they informed us they were from Steak. My husband was put on steak for the night, so we went and came to the Wallace Supper Club. We are very happy! When we left our vehicle, the polite gentleman who opened the door asked us if we had a reservation. They had just opened on a Sunday (packers were on, and we were nervous when the hostess also asked us if we had a reservation. We said we had no place in the bar. There were only a few groups that worries us when we ordered our drinks if they can even sit on us. The concern was for nothing because as soon as the drink came to us, we sat at a nice table overlooking the lake. The Martini was made perfect and the wine selection was good. Our server was informative, fast and very friendly. My husband ordered the beef Wellington and he claims it was better than the one he had at Gordon Ramsey's restaurant. I ordered the pesto-crusted salmon, which was cooked together with Irish potatoes for perfection. Finally, we finished our meal with a mudlide. Delicious again. We will return! This is a perfect example for a nicely updated, inexpensive, well-preserved, high-quality Wisconsin soup club.

Birthday dinner with 10 people. Many different dishes - all very good. Fantastic salad bar. Good drinks.

Excellent food. Reservations are recommended. We had both chickens. I had Alfredo chicken that she had a big mushroom chicken. Both were great. We will definitely come back.

Very casual and wonderful atmosphere like a cottage in the forest. The service is very good, they enjoy singing Happy Birthday . I would have liked a little more attention, but I believe without knowing if their staff was full. The ribs fall from the bone as I prefer, and the BBQ sauce is excellent. The basic rib is properly prepared. A great place for dinner.

Warm welcome from hostess and refreshing cocktails upon arrival. Great window seat at precise time of reservation. Well prepared and presented meals and a generous self-serve salad bar to begin our delicious dinners. Cowboy Ribeye, Beef Wellington, and decadent Schaum Torte. Definitely will return to Wallace Lake SC in the near future.
