Starbucks - West Bend

I can't believe how bad the remodel is! They got rid of all of the seating! Before the remodel I would come here on a regular basis and enjoy breakfast and a coffee while doing some work from my laptop. Because of this remodel you have forced me to go elsewhere for my breakfast. I don't think I have ever seen a more customer unfriendly design.

I think the remodel was a poor choice. Completely got rid of the sitting area. It’s just a counter and that’s all. All the people who loved going to this Starbucks to work on school and just hangout will have to look elsewhere now.

Staff are friendly. Maybe it's because there aren't any Asians in the neighborhood, but since I'm going there two days in a row, I know what I'm eating and I'm making it in advance. People with good sense

I stopped in to get an iced latte and the service was poor, rude and inattentive.You need to get rid of the purple haired,Woke freaks and hire some real human beings that treat people with respect.I will never go back there again and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their time.

I like how the staff will help me get the lowest carbs in the drink I like. I do wish Starbucks wouldn't have stopped the sugar free peppermint syrup for this time of year.
