Mis Suenos - West Allis

We enjoyed excellent drinks and food once our order was taken. The dishes arrived quickly, were fresh, hot, and delicious. However, getting a waiter to bring our bill or attend to other requests proved challenging. The restroom was swiftly cleaned after I alerted staff to a dirty diaper left behind.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. You won't be disappointed. Make sure to order the flan for dessert! Just like most Mexican restaurants, they serve fresh chips for you.

I would give this restaurant a 4 if they put more effort into the presentation of the dishes. The Burrito was not properly wrapped, just folded, and the Horchata tasted like diluted milk with a hint of cinnamon and sugar. The taste was decent, a 4, but the presentation was lacking, maybe a 2 at best. However, they added a mandatory 18% gratuity to every bill, which is unacceptable. This is a big red flag for me, so I can only give this restaurant 1 star.

Your food is good. I wish they were consistent and had the opportunity to accept if a dish was not served as the menu said it was. If you have a problem, he will probably say, so we do it now. The same item could probably be served a little different next time and you will hear the same.

Ordered the nachos. I think they were called old school nachos. Extremely disappointed with the plate since Sliced cheese was melted over chips. Shredded cheese could've been used. Someone else in the group ordered the nacho grande plate and that had shredded cheese. Using sliced cheese for nachos is my reason for the 1 star review.
