Mcdonald's - West Allis

I waited at the drive-thru microphone for 10 minutes without being asked to order, so I decided to leave. The food at McDonald's is not worth wasting that much of my time, nor is this particular store. I would recommend avoiding it at all costs.

I don't know how long they let their fries sit under the warmer, but the ones I received must have been there for hours. I couldn't even eat 1 fry they were So stale!! Considering what they charge these days, they could at least give me fresh food. Igot half a meal for full price basically.

I Love the design of the McDonald's building here. It is The Old 1950's design which is really cool. Most McDonald's and even other restaurants are going with that ugly box store designs which has No Originality. As for the food and service, I could nottell you that because they had a sign on the doors that said that the lobby was closed on the day that I went there

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I, along with two other patrons, waited for 10 minutes without any assistance. The worker was rude, as they were too busy talking to someone else the entire time.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin but received sausage and cheese instead. I had to order again using curbside service, and they forgot to include my soda. I waited for nearly 15 minutes for the soda to be brought out, but eventually had to go inside to get it myself. It's frustrating that they can't seem to get orders right, especially when mistakes happened twice in the same day within 30 minutes of each other. I believe it's the supervisor's responsibility to ensure that customers are receiving what they paid for.
