Dunkin' - West Allis

The work environment at this restaurant was terrible. The owners neglected both the establishment and their employees. They only cared about money and tried to manipulate situations. The fact that the entire staff from every shift walked out should speak volumes about this place.

Today, I used the drive-thru at Dunkin' Donuts. The busy atmosphere of the restaurant can sometimes lead to errors in orders. Unfortunately, my order was not correct initially. However, when I went back inside to address the mix-up, the employees quickly rectified the mistake. They even brought out the head barista to personally handle my order without me having to ask. A delicious breakfast can truly make or break someone's day, and I am grateful for the passion and dedication shown by the staff, especially the management at this location.

Everything was great! The driver was awesome and very professional!

I am consistently disappointed with the coffee I receive from this location. Despite ordering a hot coffee with cream, I have been given hot water with cream and even black coffee with sugar on multiple occasions this month. The label on my cup is always correct, but the beverage inside is not what I requested. Paying nearly $4 for a cup of something other than coffee every day is becoming too expensive. When I kindly ask the staff to double-check my order, they either do not comply or respond rudely. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I used to visit this location regularly without any issues, but recent experiences have left me very dissatisfied. It is no longer worth going out of my way for a coffee that may not be prepared correctly by unhelpful staff.

Went this afternoon at 4- no donuts in case only drive thru- told me all munchkins were available but gave me 5 of glaze, 4 of pumpkin and 1 of chocolate (when she literally heard my daughter state she wanted blueberry) and I said some of each kind. Ice coffee was literally just ice and whip cream. Took maybe 3 sips out of a medium before it was gone. Asked for a water and she said it’s $1 ?? I will take my business else where. No wonder why there were no customers.
