Bidrage med feedbackI order this place at least once a week and never had a bad experience until tonight. ordered two large pizzas and a 2 liter pepsi, some like came to over $46. both pizzas were burned and I don't know what happened? but I don't waste my money again with this place? update just ordered by marcos down on the road. 2 large 2 topping pizza and a 2 liter came to $28 and that is included controlling and delivery. I miss these young, but I don't pay these prices and still tip the driver for mediocre pizza so.
I'm sad i have to write this review, because on most days New York New York pizza is pretty good. Unfortunately today was not one of those days. I ordered a pizza, literally just 1 pizza and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I get there 18 minutes later and go inside. After standing inside for 13 minutes so I have now ordered the pizza 31 minutes ago, the guy at the front says oh sorry we are a little busy I can bring it out to you when it's done. So I go outside and after waiting 17 minutes I go inside and I ask him what happen he pulls my pizza off the side self and says oh sorry I forgot to bring it out to you This is just a joke at this point. I waited almost and hour and spent $17 on a cold under cooked pizza. This is horrible representation of the companies customer service.
I have been consistently ordering from the Wesley Chapel location since they opened. Twice, the bread with cheesesteak sub was pure mush from the grease. Couldn't even lift up the sandwich. I started ordering with the bread on the side for the past couple years and have been much happier. Recently, management decided they would no longer honor this request not even for an additional upcharge. I spoke to the manager Clarence and asked him if I received the delivery and the bread was saturated in grease again if they would they replace it. He flat out said NO!I was in complete shock with his response! This is not how to treat a loyal customer or any customer. So pretty much I was just told they don't care if their product is not eatable nor do they care about customer satisfaction. With this unprofessional and rude attitude they just lost my business!!!
The white pie was decent, but not anywhere close to New York style. It was thin. That's it. The center 10 or so, was soggy and not crisp like a NY style pizza should be. They're very generous with the cheese. Unfortunately, that's what makes the thin crust soggy around the middle. Never thought I would say it, but way too much ricotta. It just ruins the pizza crisp. Also tried the meatballs. They're not large Italian type meatballs. They're around 2 in diameter and pretty wet. Tasted okay, but not what I would expect from a place claiming to be NY style.
First time here and they have a native New Yorker that will be coming back for again. Not bad at all!!!! Service was also pleasant n Pizza was definitely on point.
