The young girls that work in there early Monday mornings are very rude. Especially the tall, white girl. She is rude when taking orders and giving you food. I just received a burnt croissant sandwich. I paid witj my hard earned money and can't eat the sandwich. They may think it is a joke. I don't have the option of posting the pictures here but I will be submitting them to the owners and may take further action if they don't. The first two times I let slide. They don’t listen well. I’ve asked them multiple times not to put the Brown sugar cookie in my cold brew and it’s still in there. When I asked for a refund I got a sassy attitude because they refuse to listen. Hate to write bad reviews about the understaffed service industry but this was a terrible Dunkin experience. My friend and I waited over 10 minutes in the front of the line with no acknowledgment from the 2 people working. After we realized nobody was going to take our order we hopped in the truck and had to go through the drive-through to order. You can’t hear the person on the drive through intercom so good luck with your order. I would advise against visiting this establishment. The owner clearly needs to improve the management, as there doesn't seem to be a single competent employee. I waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru, then opted to go inside, but no one ever attended to the cashier. The staff were too busy chatting and laughing among themselves. When I finally got someone's attention to place my order, she told me she couldn't assist me and then returned to using her phone. It was an incredibly disorganized experience.
